Dining
When you're on vacation, you can't go non-stop, especially with all the activities in the Telluride Region.
After a full day of skiing or mountain biking, head downtown for an incredible dining experience. Telluride offers a wide range of restaurants, from gourmet elegance to down-home comfort food. Everything from Asian to Italian, French to Southwestern, Sushi to Mediterranean—you name it—the Telluride and Mountain Village restaurants have it.
Six of our Telluride restaurants have been awarded the “Master of Excellence” award by Wine Spectator. The wine lists rival the food when famous chefs like Chad Scothorn showcase their talents. But you had better plan ahead and get a reservation because the waiting lists tend to get very long…
After dinner, there are even more choices. The “Noir Bar” is a SWANKY martini bar for the high-end guests that visit Telluride. There are also various music venues that play everything from Blues to Western, or maybe just a cozy nightcap by the fire. Whatever your fix is, we have it here in out little valley.
Oh and don’t forget to have a margarita at the “West End Tavern.” They are world famous and a Telluride Staple…
We are not allowed to pik favorites, but we love the subs at Pacific Street Pizza after we're done skiing... Order the Stumper with bacon!
