That's what you want; it’s
where you wish you had grown up. It’s the place in all
those movies and commercials, a small town where you walk
to the post office, a smile and wink that you're a local,
you know, that place where you go…
I Want to LIVE THERE…
The secret is...YOU
CAN
Funky and
Sophisticated… A place to come and Play.

Why
we love Telluride…
The Telluride and Mountain Village area is simply
the most beautiful place in the lower 48 States…
Magnificent, breath-taking Mountains,
a rich historical Victorian mining town, unlimited recreation,
world class skiing and the sophistication of a world-renowned
resort, oh and it’s nestled in the southwest corner
of the state so it’s secluded and un-crowded.

The
Town of Telluride
Nestled at the end of a box canyon surrounded by 13,000-foot
peaks of the San Juan Mountains, the 100-year-old Historic
Town of Telluride awaits. Just six blocks wide and twelve
blocks long, the National Historic District is a window
into the town's illustrious past of Raucous miners,
Showgirls, Gunfights and Butch Cassidy. Today it retains
it “outpost” Western appeal with its small town flavor,
but is also a Sophisticated resort. With over 30 restaurants,
many with award winning wine lists, the 2000 residents
of Telluride eat very well. Art Galleries, Spas and
Boutiques line our historic main street, and add panache
to our wild past.
While you're here, check
out the Historical Museum, clapboard storefronts, Mining
ruins, ghost towns, gourmet restaurants, historic buildings,
Victorian architecture, oh and don't forget the VIEWS.

The Gondola…(the
best commute in the U.S.A.)
Telluride and Mountain Village are linked by a incredible,
spectacular, Scenic 13-minute Gondola ride. The best part
about the Gondola is that it’s FREE.The “G”
as locals call It, is making it easy to enjoy both worlds
