Owned by Scott Elkins Coem Monday is a Real Estate holding company focused on market repositioning of real estate parcels. We currently are developing five properties. We focus on the Montrose, Ridway, Telluride and Dolores region. We are looking for partners that would like to invest and create mini-REITS. Currently we are repositioning a one acre parcel in Montrose that we would like to "Build to suit" into medical offices. Please contact us for more information.
